Paper jams in the ejecting section
Paper jams in the duplex tray
<User Check>
• Check that the paper is set in paper tray correctly.
• Flip over the paper in paper tray or rotate the paper 180°.
• Adjust each paper guide according to the paper size.
• Check that there is not too much paper set in the paper tray.
• Check that the thickness of the paper is 60 to 105 g/m
2
.
(60 to 163 g/m

for manual feed slot)
• Flip through the paper and reset it in the paper tray.

Reattach the eject actuator.

Eject sensor failure
Replace the eject sensor PCB ASSY.

Damaged gears in the ejecting
system
Replace the main frame L ASSY.

Fuser unit failure
Replace the fuser unit.

Main PCB failure
Replace the main PCB ASSY.
