Brocade recommends using an ESD wrist strap during installation.
DANGER
For safety reasons, the ESD wrist strap should contain a series 1 megaohm resistor.
1. Ensure the power on the DC power supply is switched off.
2. Remove the previously installed power supply from the appropriate slot by removing the chassis attachment screws located in
the upper right and lower left of the power supply unit using a flat-head screwdriver.

3. Before opening the package that contains the DC power supply, touch the bag to the switch casing to discharge any potential
static electricity.
4. Remove the DC power supply from the anti-static shielded bag.
