LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
This warranty applies to defects in workmanship or materials only.
No other warranty expressed or implied exists.
Brister's Design & Mfg LLC
warrants its products with the following conditions:
Warranty Coverage: If, within one 1-year of the original date of purchase, any defects in
workmanship or materials appear in the product, Brister's Design & Manufacturing LLC will repair
or replace, at its sole option, any defective product. Only an authorized dealer or the manufacturer
(BDM) determines the existence of a warranty defect, damage or abuse to the product.
Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to normal wear & tear or minor mechanical
adjustment.
This limited warranty does not apply to component failure or structural damage
caused by any of the following: collision; neglect; abuse; abnormal strain or stress; improper
assembly or improper maintenance. Any repairs or modifications made to the product in question
by anyone other than the authorized dealer or authorized service center voids the product
warranty.
Engines: This BDM warranty does not apply to the engine, which is covered by its manufacturer’s
warranty. Please refer to the engine manufactures warranty policy included with your BDM
product.

Phone Two-Year Limited Engine Warranty
Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service you must return your BDM product to the local
authorized dealer, you must inform them of your warranty problem and provide proof of purchase
before any warranty service is provided. The authorized dealer will inspect the product to
determine what warranty repairs or parts are needed and if the problem meets the requirements of
BDM’s One (1) - year Limited Warranty Policy. To locate the authorized dealer nearest you please

This One (1) - Year Limited Warranty in not transferable and can only be used by the
original owner. Warranty registration and dealer setup forms must be completed and
returned to BDM within 10 days of the purchase date to validate factory warranty.
