Check for completeness
The packaging box contains the following parts:
Complete electrical lawn mower
Operating instructions
Mounting of the guide rod assembly
The mower is packed in a completely premounted
state.
Remove the unit from the packaging.
Unfold the handle bar (
1
).
Move the handle bar (
A Pos. 2
) to the desired height
and tighten with the tensioning knobs (
A Pos. 1
).
Make sure that the electrical and control cables do not
jam (
A Pos. 8
).
Operation
The camera symbol refers to illustrations on
page 3.
Adjust the cutting height.
Danger - risk of injury!
Adjust the cutting height only while motor is
switched off and the cutting blade has stopped!
The cutting height can be adjusted in seven steps.
1.
To unlock, press the lever to the side and hold it
(
5 Pos. 7
).
For a short lawn, slide the lever in the direction
of the front wheel. Minimum step 1: 1.6 cm
For a longer lawn, slide the lever in the direction
of the rear wheel. Maximum step 7: 7 cm
2.
Release the lever and slide it forward or backward
until it engages in the desired step.
Fill level indicator
As soon as the level indicator
(
A Pos. 17
) indicates
FULL, the grass catcher must be emptied.
Emptying the grass catcher
1.
Open the locking mechanism for the catcher cover
(
8 Pos. 18
).
2. Fold back the
catcher cover and hold it. (

3. Lift the grass catcher in the front handle area,
remove it, and empty it. (

4. Place the emptied grass catcher (
6 Pos. 14
)
between the left and right guides and then in the
front handle area.

If the grass catcher is placed correctly, the
catcher
cover
folds forwards and lies against the housing.
6. The box locking mechanisms close.
Mowing without the grass catcher
The cuttings are evenly deposited on the lawn through
the high rear ejection area when mowing without the
grass catcher. When mowing without the grass catcher,
the filling level cannot be displayed.
Establishing the mains connection
1.
Insert the mains plug of the unit connecting line into
the switch/plug combination. (

)
2. Secure the unit connecting line with the cable
tension relief. (

) The loop of the mains
cable must be long enough that the cable tension
relief can glide from one side to the other.
Starting the motor
Start the lawn mower only on level ground and not in high
grass. The ground must be free from foreign objects,
such as stones. Do not lift the lawn mower to start it.
1. Keep the start switch of the switch/plug combination
pressed. (

2. Pull the safety bar towards the handle bar and hold
it there. (

3. Release the start switch.
Switching off the motor
1. Release safety bar. (

2. Wait until the cutting blade stops.
