TROUBLESHOOTING MUST BE PERFORMED BY A QUALIFIED SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Pilot will not light /Stay lit
Electrical power interrupted or disconnected
Restore power to fireplace
Replace batteries if depleted
Use Battery Back

Verify Gas supply is on
Check shut

Low/No Gas pressure
Confirm there are no bends, kinks or damaged pipe
Is the incoming pressure correct
For LP, is the tank full
Loose wires
Check connections and clips of wiring to valve from module
Pilot flame not making contact with sensor
Adjust pilot flame on valve
Clean pilot assembly
Make sure there is no debris on the pilot line
Pilot turns off after seven days
Continuous Pilot on Demand Ignition is designed to turn the pilot off after
seven days of non

activity. With each use the timer will reset.
Pilot does not shut off
