Adjustment of valves
To adjust the valves plug in the bypassing plug as
shown on the circuit board.
Lift the mower so that the tires are free to rotate.
Start the motor, engage driving speed 1 and set the
mower to idle gas.
Observe the three light-emitting diodes on the left,
in the middle of the circuit board.
1 2 3
The right diode (3) flashes. The sign indicates that
now, the steering to the right can be adjusted.
The right diode (3) flashes. The sign indicates that
now, the steering to the right can be adjusted. Turn
now the fine adjustment back until the right wheel
stops moving. Then turn slowly clockwise until the
right wheel rotates as fast the left one. Afterwards
turn the red indicator clockwise for another 5 mm.
Push the button “mower machinery ON/OFF” until
diode 3 is continuously illuminated. After releasing
the button, the middle diode (2) flashes and the
right one goes out.
Flashing of the middle diode (2) indicates that
now, the steering to the left can be adjusted.
Turn the fine adjustment now backward until the
left wheel stops moving. Then turn slowly
clockwise until the left wheel rotates as fast the
right one. Afterwards, turn the red indicator
clockwise for another 5 mm. Push the button
“mower machinery ON/OFF” until diode 2 is
continuously illuminated. After releasing the
button, the left diode (1) flashes and the middle
one goes out.
Flashing of the left diode (1) indicates, that now,
the valve for the clutch can be adjusted.
Now, turn the fine adjustment backward until
both wheels stop moving. Then, slowly turn
clockwise until both wheels attain their normal
speed. Afterwards turn the red indicator clockwise
for another 5 mm. Push the button “mower
machinery ON/OFF” until the diode 1 is
continuously illuminated.
Now, the new settings are stored and you can
remove the bypass plug, switch off the mower
and set it back on the ground.
Execute a test run and check straightforward
motion. If the mower moves to the right, re-adjust
the steering to the right, as described above. If
the mower moves to the left, re-adjust the steering
to the left.
