The fill hole for the hydraulic oil as well as the
ventilation hoses are situated at the cooler
Fill hole Ventilation hose
Do not fill-in oil through the ventilation hose
because then, the oil enters the hydraulic circuit
without previous filtering!
• Unscrew the filling hole to check the correct
hydraulic oil level
• Measure the oil level on both holes by means
of a dipstick
• Wait until the oil level can be seen in the
ventilation hose. This process may take a few
minutes because the oil must run through the
filter first
• The oil level must be at approx. one third of
the ventilation hose length (see dotted lines)
• If there is not enough oil, then fill up through
the filling hole until the oil level is at correct
height.
• Hydraulic oil and filter cartridge must be
replaced after 300 operating hours or after three
years at the latest
• Bleed oil cooler after filling oil!
Now rotate the locking plug carefully a quarter
of a turn up to max. half of a turn, thus air can
escape (do not continue to turn to avoid
uncontrolled oil outflow). Screw in the plug as
soon as oil flows out.
Check hydraulic oil level and re-fill
