Chapter 2:
Bed Cabinet assembly.
REQUIRED TOOLS:
#2 Phillips screwdriver
OVERVIEW:
In the following steps, you’ll assemble the bed on the floor, then tilt the Bed
Cabinet up. To do this, you’ll need at least 3 extra inches of height clearance. If the height
of your room is shorter than this, you’ll have to assemble the Bed Cabinet vertically.
1: Stand
Hutch Left Side
on edge, with baseboard notch in the air.
2: Attach the top assembly from previous step to side panel.
3: Attach
Hutch Mid Shelf
,
Hutch Bottom Shelf
&
Hutch Toe Kick
.
4: Once
all 12 cam fittings
have been tightened, slide
Hutch Right
Side
into place and tighten all cam fittings.

Attach
Hutch
Top Nailer
onto
Hutch Top Shelf
and tighten cams.
