t is installed, operated and
maintained properly and in con

ormity with this man

al. This warranty is limited to the original

rchaser and does not cover de
f
ects in the motor vehicle on which it is installed, or de
f
ects in the
li
f
t ca
u
sed by a de
f
ect in any part o
f
the motor vehicle.
This warranty commences on the date the li
f
t is p
u
t into service, providing the warranty
registration card is completed and received by The Bra
u
n Corporation within twenty days o
f
p
u
rchase. I
f
no warranty card is received, the warranty will expire three years
f
rom the date o
f
man
uf
act
u
re as identi
f
ied on the li
f
t serial n
u
mber tag.
This warranty also covers the cost o
f
labor
f
or the repair or replacement o
f
parts
f
or
three years when per
f
ormed by an approved Bra
u
n Dealer. (A labor sched
u
le determines cost
allowance
f
or repairs, which can be provided
u
pon req
u
est by an approved Bra
u
n Dealer).
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance, service, or periodic adj
u
stments
necessitated by
u
se or wear. The Bra
u
n Corporation will not,
u
nder any circ
u
mstances, pay
f
or
loss o
f u
se, incidental or conseq
u
ential damages related to the li
f
t, or vehicle in which it is installed.
This warranty will become n

ll and void i
f
the li
f
t has been damaged thro
u
gh accident,
mis
u
se, or neglect, or i
f
the li
f
t has been altered in any respect.
