Fault Cause Remedy
The agent to be processed has not
been properly mixed, e.g. clotting - Check the agent to be
processed.
Agent contaminated - Check the agent to be
processed.
Agent-nozzle clogged - Clean the agent nozzle, refer to
page 26.
Agent channel is dirty - Clean the implement, refer to
page 25
The set pressure ratio spraying
pressure / agent pressure does not
match - Check the pressure conditions,
if necessary, readjust the spray
and/or agent pressure.
The agent to be processed is not
warmly enough - Empty the storage tank and
warm up the agent to be
processed externally
The agent nozzle does not spray
evenly
Agent hose does not heat - Contact the maintenance
service.
Agent-nozzle clogged - Clean the agent nozzle, refer to
page 26.
Nozzle needle does not shut - Check the nozzle needle.
Nozzle needle seal kit defective - Replace the nozzle needle seal
kit.
Nozzle needle guide defective - Contact the maintenance
service.
Spray gun does not shut
Seal for air piston defective - Contact the maintenance
service.
The storage tank is empty - Top up with agent. The spray gun only sprays air
The agent to be processed is not
warmly enough - Empty the storage tank and
warm up the agent to be
processed externally
