Cleaning - daily after having
finished the operational
procedure
- Empty the storage tank by spraying through the
spray gun until only an agent-air mixture emerges
from the spray gun.
Stop spraying the storage tank empty as
soon as only a agent-air mixture will
come out of the spray gun.
Ensure that the system does not heat
without agent/water. Agent burns inside
the agent channel might be the result.
- Switch off the implement.
- Close the ball valve at the compressed air
connection, if only a water-air-mixture discharges
from the spray gun.
- Actuate the spray gun and thus discharge the
residual air pressure out off the system.
- Place the spray gun into the retainer.
- Pull the power supply plug out of the socket.
- Cleaning with a moist cloth
the storage tank.

- Clean the spray gun's air- and agent-nozzle. Refer
to chapter "Cleaning the spray gun's air- and
agent-nozzle", page 26.
- Switch off the implement.
- Close the ball valve on the compressed air
connection. Refer to chapter "Connecting the
implement to an external compressed air source",
page 16.
- Depressurise the storage tank (refer to chapter
"Filling the storage tank" in this regard, page 15).
The storage tank is pressurised! Only
open the storage tank cover after the
storage tank has been depressurised!
Danger of injury from discharging hot
agent!
- Open the storage tank cover.
- Clean the storage tank for hygienic reasons with
hot rinsing water and grease-dissolving agents.
- Fill clear hot rinsing water with grease-dissolving
agents into the storage tank.
- Reseal the storage tank cover (refer to chapter
"Filling the storage tank" in this regard, page 15).
- Switch on the implement.
- Open the ball valve on the compressed air
connection.
- Actuate the spray gun and spray the water-agent
mixture into a bin/bucket.
Flush the system until only clean water
will discharge from the spray gun.
