Opening the implement housing
The implement housing may only be
opened
by skilled technical personnel.
when it is not connected to the
electric power supply and not
pressurised.
when it is cold.
You need to open the implement
housing before you
remedy leaking pressurised
connections.
exchanging the agent-hose.
- Switch off the implement.
- Pull the power supply plug out of the socket.
- Depressurise the storage tank (refer to chapter
"Filling the storage tank" in this regard, page 15).
- Actuate the spray gun and thus discharge the
residual air pressure out off the system.
- Place the Jelly Mini Boy on its back.
- Remove the two bolts (2) on each of the two front
sides (1).
- Carefully pull the housing bottom (3) out of the
implement housing.

Remedy leaking pressurised
connections
Leaking pressurised connections may
only be repaired
by skilled technical personnel.
when it is not connected to the
electric power supply and not
pressurised.
- Open the implement housing (it is imperative that
you comply with chapter "Opening the implement
housing", page 30 in this regard).
- Tighten the screw joints of the blue air line (1).
- Reinstall the housing bottom.
