5.9 Trouble shooting
Fault Cause Remedy
No temperature display Electric power supply interrupted - Check whether the implement
has been switched on.
- Check whether the electric
power supply has been
interrupted.
Implement not switched on - Switch on the implement.
The processing temperature had
been set too low - Correctly set the processing
temperature, refer to page 19.
Safety switch activated - Let the implement cool down for
approx. 1 hour.
- Remove the black cap.
- Press in the switch.
Temperature control defect - Contact the maintenance
service.
Temperature does not rise
Microprocessor defective - Contact the maintenance
service.
The processing temperature had
been set too high - Set the processing temperature,
refer to page 18.
Temperature control defect - Contact the maintenance
service.
Temperature too high
Microprocessor defective - Contact the maintenance
service.
Leaks - Check all visible connections.
Seal of the storage tank cover
leaking - Repair the leaking seal of the
storage tank cover, refer to
page 29.
Storage tank cover seal wore or is
missing - Replace the storage tank cover
seal, refer to page 29.
Agent pressure is constantly
dropping
Bleed valve defect - Replace the bleed valve.
