Audio
These settings affect the local audio in the room (microphones and auxiliary sources) and other device settings
Volume:
Adjusts the initial master volume of the amplified audio played out the “PA Out” speaker connection (which includes all the
audio inputs, e .g . microphones and auxiliary sources) .
Note that this setting is not intended for standard use in changing the current volume . It is intended for configuring the initial
volume at power up . The current volume is usually changed in other ways which do not alter this setting, e .g . using Encore
software or via control devices such as the CB6000 or the knob on a CB75 .
Aux Input Volume:
Adjusts the initial audio level of each of the inputs in order to help balance audio from difference sources . As with the Master
Volume setting, this is intended for use only to configure the initial levels at power on .
*NOTE:
in the ELEVATE system, ‘Audio 1’ will alter the level of the audio from the Base Station, which contains the combined
audio of any active microphones .”
Aux Out Volume:
Adjusts the volume of the auxiliary (Line Out) audio output . This is important for lesson capture or integration with ALD’s
(Assistive Listening Devices) .
*NOTE:
Changes in the Main Volume, either on this page or via commands, will not alter the volume of the Aux Out audio .
