When on, tab settings will always be defaulted at power up.
Default Tabs:
This action field sets tabs at every eighth column starting at column 9.
When the cursor is placed in the Tab Map, the keys below will appear in the Choices
field:

– clear the current tab setting.

– clear all tab settings.

– set a tab at the current location.
