4.3
Planning the workspace
- Safeguard the lateral space by which the sheet will be
dispaced beyond the machine table.
- Provide sufficient workspace around the machine for
maintenance and service (approx. 1,5 m on each side).
Erection is performed according to the space assignment
plan. The graphical illustrations of the space assignment
plan have been simplified.
- The sheet metal is displaced during machining.
Large sheets may protrude laterally beyond the
machine table. It is imperative to safeguard these
areas.
- The sheet metal is also pushed out forward over
the machine table. This area is safeguarded by the
light barrier.
Upon interrupting (passing through) the light barrier,
the machine will be switched off.
4.4
Packaging of the machine
The machine is shipped resting on square-end wooden
beams (18 x 18 cm) and packed in polythene sheet.
4.5
Intermediate storage
Conditions for intermediate storage:
- dry, dust- and vibration-free (use a cover),
- on a wooden base in the open air,
- with a storage duration of more than 1/2 year, repeated
conservation will be necessary (avoid development of
condensate due to large temperature differences).
