Transport and assembly
4.1
General notices
Improper transport and assembly of the machine may:
- endanger people
- cause material damage.
Only qualified personnel is authorised to perform the
work described below.
Request that we send our service personnel.
We assume no liability for damage due to improper
transport and assembly.
4.2
Erection conditions
Prior to erecting the machine, check if the hall floor has
the required load-carrying capacity.
Have the load-carrying capacity of the floor checked by
an engineer engaged in statical calculations.
Consider 20 % excess impact force during operation
of the CU-PROFI.
The following points should be observed for flawless
functioning of the machine:
- The surrounding area should be free from vibration.
- No interfering electrical installations (high frequency)
should be present.
- The floor should be made of concrete or front timber,
mixed floor materials (with the machine standing on
concrete as well as front timber) are notrecommended.
- If the concrete floor is partitioned, the machine has to
be placed in the middle of
one
segment.
- The unevenness of a concrete floor should not exceed
3 mm/m
2
