9.1
Assembling the WS502 training system
CAUTION
Proper assembly requires that:
•
the delivery, transport and unpacking are done correctly in accordance with
chapter7.3,
•
all the necessary components are within reach and are in good condition,
•
required auxiliary equipment such as lifting equipment, ladders and steps as
well as barriers are present.
Note the following points before final assembly:
Make sure there is sufficient space for the WS502 training system and that
there are sufficient clearances to other permanent fixtures (for corresponding
specifications seeAbb. 1: WS502 training system ). Also take any possible
supplementary attachments
into consideration.
Check the flatness of the floor space and if necessary rework the surface or
choose a different installation location.
Make sure that an electrical connection is available.
Ensure sufficient lighting conditions at the installation location.
During assembly please note the following:
Adjust the legs of the training system so that it does not tip over.
Check the alignment of the WS502 training system at installation location
(water level)
If necessary correct the horizontal alignment by adjusting the legs.
Danger due to irregularities, deviations, faults, defects during assembly or testing!
Risk of damage!
Do not put the WS502 training system into operation, i.e. take it out of
service immediately.
Investigate the cause and repair the defects.
Replace the defective component.
