Error Causes and Elimination
The error display on the front panel is described in
chapter 12.2 "Operating and Error
.
Error
Elimination
No image visible.
● Connect the voltage supply, check X10 connec‐
tion.
Wrong display resolution.
● Set the correct display resolution in the graphics
driver.
● Restart the panel PC.
Touch screen functionality is not
available.
● Recalibrate the touch screen.
External displays do not show an
image.
● Check the connections.
● Shut down the panel PC, wait until the "Vin" LED
is cleared completely, restart the panel PC.
After the new cards have been
plugged in, the card functions are
not available.
● Plug the card correctly into the PCI slot.
● Install the driver software of the card.
● Remove IRQ (Interrupt) conflicts with other PC
hardware components.
● Install the software of the card.

Loss of IP degree of protection due to incorrect
maintenance.

The IP degree of protection must be ensured during maintenance!
Damages to the device due to electrostatic dis‐
charges!
