9 Interfaces
The SafeLogic compact Sercos Gateway is provided with the following
interfaces:
●
10-pin socket strip on the left side of the housing:
Incoming internal communication interface of the SafeLogic compact bus
system with 24 V power supply from the CPU module.
●
10-pin connection strip on the right side of the housing:
Further internal communication interface of the SafeLogic compact bus
system. The 24 V voltage supply of the CPU module is also used to supply
subsequent modules.
●
Front:
Two Sercos interfaces with outputs up (XFE1) or down (XFE2).
The LED displays are explained under chapter 12.2 "Operating and error
displays" on page 20 .
