Every time the vacuum pump is switched on, it is
normal that the noise level is high. The noise level
will normalize after a few minutes after start of
operation.

Open the screw plug (Fig. 5, Pos. 1) of the vacuum
pump and fill oil so that at least half of the sight
glass is covered with oil.
12. Close the screw plug.
13. Close the door of the NTI 1000.

4.2.� Electrical connections
1. Connect the power cable to the power socket
(Fig. 2, Pos. 7).

Connect the other end of the power cable to
230 VAC, 3-phase mains supply.

The electrical connections are complete.
4.2.4 Pneumatic connections

Ensure that the compressor pressure is constantly at
10 bar.

Install a filter in the supply line from the compressor.
The filter should be able to function in the pressure
range of 10 bar to 16 bar. This is to ensure that the
particulate matter and moisture is filtered from the
compressed air even before it reaches the FRC unit
of the NTI 1000. However, even if the filter is not
installed, the particulate matter and moisture is
filtered at the FRC unit of the NTI 1000.
1. Switch off the compressor.
2. Connect the hose from the compressor output to the
input of the FRC (Fig. 7, Pos. 4).
