Fault Cause troubleshooting
The swivel arm cannot be
opened or closed because
the tool is jammed in the
bowl. Drive is not in the parked po-
sition after a safety system
has stopped processing or
the power supply has been
interrupted.
1.
Set the rotary switch to ⁠.

Eliminate the problem that caused
the appliance to stop.

move the tool and close the swivel
arm.

The display shows "ERROR" Scales are exposed to ex-
cessive vibrations.

Do not use the appliance on work-
tops exposed to vibrations, e.g. with
a dishwasher running underneath.
Base is uneven.

Set up the appliance on a stable,
level, clean and flat work surface.
2.
Check whether all 4 feet are in con-
tact with the work surface.
The feet are soiled.

Wipe the feet down with a damp
cloth.
The scales have to be restar-
ted.
