Setting tones and distinctive rings on your phone

In addition to the ringing tone, your phone has a number of acoustic signals that
inform you of various telephone procedures.
You can listen to and adjust almost all of the tone settings in the menu “Audio/con-
trast” (

 p. 83).

Tones for internal and external calls

Normal ringing tone for external calls:
You can turn off this ringing tone.
