To acquire an update for your D5200 
Programmer, call the Bosch Security 
Systems, Inc. Handler Update System, 
toll-free, at (800) 657-4584. Make a 
separate phone call for each handler.  

Use an analog telephone line with the 
D5200. The D5200 dials only pulses.
