Step 7 (Install doors )
a) Insert the pin on the bottom of left door (H-1) into
the pre-drilled hole on the left side of cart base (A).
b) Push down the pin on the top of left door and insert
it into the pre-drilled hole on left front side of front
beam (E)
c) Repeat the procedure with the right door (H-2) and
front beam (E).
d) Close the two doors.
Step 9 (Side shelf assembly)
a) Loose the five pre-installed bolts on right side
of body assembly and allow 1/4 bolt’s length
extend out of body assembly.
b) Align the large hole on right side shelf (K)
with the extended bolt from the body
assembly. Push the right side shelf down
until locked into place and insert one M4 bolt
(AA) into the pre-drilled hole.
c) Tighten the bolts by hand.
d) Repeat the same procedure with the left side
shelf (J) and body assembly.
e) Go back and tighten all the bolts using the
screwdriver provided.
Step 8 (Install the body assembly with cart assembly
a) Put the body assembly (I) onto the cart assembly.
b) Align the holes on the right side of body assembly (I) with
the holes on the cart right panel (C).
c) Insert one M6 x 15 bolt (AA), one M6 lock washer (DD)
and one M6 flat washer (CC) into each pre-drilled holes
and tighten the bolts by hand.
d) Repeat the procedure with the left side of body assembly
(I) and cart left panel (B).
e) Go back and tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver
provided.
