Each instrument with the same or different brand has their own control temperature
features, including cooling & heating rate, stability and fluctuation; meanwhile, the
biological experiment has its own features such as indeterminacy, and easy to be
affected by the surroundings, therefore, any PCR program that is achieved on one
instrument successfully, maybe cannot be achieved the same successful result.
Once you change instruments to do the same experiment, you’d better adjust the
PCR running program, so as to get an ideal state.
