6.3 Troubleshooting
Description of error
During the measurement process, pressing the
left button
(START/STOP) once does not stop the measurement immedia-
tely and the cuff does not immediately deflate
Left button
pressed, but the desired measurement does not
take place (pumping stops prematurely)
No symbols appear in the display
Battery symbol appears in the display
Time and/or date are incorrect
Faulty measurements
Open the cuff, remove the batteries and do not use the device
further. Contact the service department.
Check the batteries and replace them if necessary

a) Put on the cuff correctly (see 4.7)
b) Upper arm circumference of
24–32 cm for the M-cuff and
