Interactive Touch Screen Display
The screen menu’s will change as you interact with the display. Touching Icons on the screen will guide you
through various options. Here are a few common screens you will see and their operations
–

Home screen
: Choose one of the 4 functions:
User, Program, Just Go & Settings
. Each selection will
progress you to the next related screen for the next action.
o
User
: Select the
USER
button at the bottom of the
Home Screen
(shown above) to enter
the
User Screen
(shown below). There are 4 user profiles to choose from and each profile is
passcode protected. If a user is stored in one of the profiles, his/her name will be displayed
below the user icon.
Setting up a new profile
: If the user is available, you will be asked to enter
User Login
by
pressing the button located in the upper right portion of the screen as shown below), once
selected ,enter the factory preset passcode “
0000
” to enter the
User Profile Screen
(not
shown).
From here you will be able to change your password, input your name and customize
personal program settings.
Important: Remember to press the “SAVE” button to save your user information.
Once a user has been programmed, you can now go to the
Users Screen
then jump to a
workout program without the need of repeatedly entering your program settings. You can
enter your user profile to change or review user information/workout history. When you
complete a workout via the user function, the workout total will be stored into your user
profile automatically. You will be able to review them later in in your user profile.
o
Program button: touch this button is to enter program selection screen. Touch your desired
program button and follow on screen instruction to set up program settings and start the
Program. Or you may press “GO” button to bypass setting and use defaults to start the
program right away.
