Chemical System
Note: Use a jug with fresh water only to diagnose chemical system.
Note: If chemical system works with just fresh water, your problem is with your chemical and not the system.
Note: Make sure the water system is working before you proceed.
Start the machine and engage the pump.
Turn the chemical selector valve to prime.
Does the chemical system prime?
YES
NO
Stick the prime hose int the vacuum.
Does the chemical system prime?
YES
NO
Are there any visible leaks
in the chemical system?
YES
NO

Do you see any air bubbles
in the flow meter?
Repair leak between flow
meter and chemical pump.
Prime the chemical system. Turn the
chemical system off and look at the flow
meter to see if the chemical is flowing
towards the chemical jug. Is the chemical
flowing towards the chemical jug?
YES
NO
Repair leak between flow
meter and chemical pump.
Turn the chemical selector
valve to the on position.
Does the system pull chemical?
YES
NO
Hook up your wand. Does the
system pull chemical when you
trigger the wand?
Turn the chemical selector
valve to the off position.
Does the system pull chemical?
YES

Look at the prime hose. Is there chemical
coming out of the prime hose when the
chemical selector valve is off?
Outlet manifold check valve is bad.
Replace or repair check valve.

Replace chemical selector valve.
Diaphragm in the chemical
pump is ruptured. Replace
or rebuild chemical pump.
Open the metering valve.
Does the system pull
chemical when you trigger
your wand?
See water pump or start over.

Can you adjust your metering valve?
Does the system meter where you want it
to when you trigger your wand?
