Troubleshooting

Problem

The vacuum cleaner does not start

Lack of power supply

Check for power at the socket.

Check the condition of the socket and 

the cable.

If necessary, ask for assistance to 

be performed by a manufacturer’s 

technician.

The vacuum cleaner does not vacuum 

correctly

Clogged filters

Check the filter cleaning operation or 

replace the filters.

Check the compressor functionality 

(see the relative manual).

Make sure that the compressed air 

nozzles are aligned with the cartridges.

Clogged vacuum hose

Check the vacuum hose and clean it.

The vacuum cleaner suddenly stops

Circuit breaker activation

Check the circuit breaker adjustment.

Check the motor electrical input.

Empty the container.

If necessary, ask for assistance to 

be performed by a manufacturer’s 

technician.

Dust leaks from the vacuum cleaner

Filters are broken

Replace them with others of identical 

type.

Inadequate filter

Replace it with another of a suitable 

category and check.

Electrostatic current on the vacuum 

cleaner

Non existent or inefficient grounding

Check all ground connections. In 

particular on the vacuum inlet fitting; 

replace the hose with an antistatic 

hose.
