Transmit:
The transmit part is actually the PID Passing. Under some circumstances, there are certain PID’s
which don’t belong to any program, but the user might want to pass them through the multiplexing
module without any data missing or changing. This is the main purpose of this function.
Enables the passing of particular PID’s. Be sure you enter them as hexadecimal values.
