Upper-Mount Installation Procedure
Barn Doors (upper-mount installation):
The module should be installed horizontally on the
upper edge of the door frame or ceiling of the trailer. To monitor as much of the cargo area,
as possible, you must position the module as close to the rear of the trailer as the trailer’s
construction will allow.
IMPORTANT:
Ensure the signal icon on the module is pointed
towards the cargo that will be monitored.
Whether you install on the interior of the door frame or the ceiling itself will depend on the
construction of the trailer, and other associated factors like door thickness, width of the door
frame, etc. The illustrations below show an example of when to install on the door frame or the
ceiling.
