The Viewer displays a warning dialog box, shown in Figure 11-4, before switching
into pass-through mode. This serves to remind you of the available escape
methods. You may disable this dialog box by checking the suppress checkbox. With
the warning dialog box disabled, the Viewer enters pass-through mode directly
after login. You can reinstate the warning dialog box by checking “Pass-through
Warning” in the Help menu (see
Section 9.6
).

After you exit pass-through mode, you can reenter it by clicking anywhere in the
display area, selecting the Pass-through option in the View menu, or using the
“Toggle pass-through mode” key sequence ([Ctrl]+[Alt]+P by default) defined in
the Keyboard and Mouse tab of the Settings menu (see
Section 10.2
).
