CHAPTER 4: Sending and Receiving PocketMail Messages
To move PocketMail messages between folders:
1. Open the folder that contains the messages you want to move by pressing
.
2. Select the messages you want to move and then press the Space bar. This
marks the messages for moving.
3. Select Menu, and choose Move Marked from the menu by pressing
. The
Move to Folder screen appears showing a list of folders.
4. Select a folder to move the messages to.
5. Press
to complete the task.
NOTE
You can move messages between your customized folders in the same
way. Just open the folder containing the messages you want to move,
mark them to be moved, and select the folder you want to move them to.
4.10 Sorting PocketMail Messages
You can sort you messages in a variety of ways to better manage your PocketMail.
You can specify different sorting categories in ascending or descending order. For
example, you can sort messages chronologically so the newest message is first or
alphabetically by the name of the person who sent the message.
To sort PocketMail messages by name:
1. In the index view of any folder, select
.
2. Choose Sort from the menu.
3. Press
. The Sort By menu appears.
4. Choose Sort by Name from the menu.
5. Press
to perform the sort.
