To access the Address Book from a message:
1. Press
and then select Menu.
2. Select Lookup from the Menu. The Address Book records are shown in
alphabetical order.
3. Press the first letter of the addressee’s last name to move directly to that
section of the address book. Now use the arrow keys to move to the desired
addressee.
4. Press
. If only one type of address (email or fax) exists for this person, it
is inserted into the message header. If both types of address exist, they are
now presented for your selection. Move the the desired address and press
.

You can add addresses from messages you have received in your Inbox directly to
the Address Book.
To add to the Address Book directly from the Inbox:
1. Press .
2. Select the PocketMail message using the arrow button.
3. Select
and choose Add Address from the Menu. The Address Book
opens with the sender’s address automatically listed in the Email #1 field.
4. Type in the name and other pertinent information.
5. Press
to save the record and return to the Inbox.
