NOTE
This command enables the user to print only the section of the
document that is in question in buffer hex dump format.
Example: &%Z42,1 starts buffer hex dump printing.
COMMAND 43: START/STOP ASCII HEX DUMP
After receiving a start command, the interface, starting with the next buffer
received, translates all host data into ASCII (from EBCDIC) and then causes the
ASCII data to print in hexadecimal form. The ASCII hex dump is performed until
the printer is powered off.
