Side Brushes
If either side brush is jammed with power to
its motor then the
Side Brush light will be
green, check each side for lack of movement
and any interference.
Go to Side Brushes Motors
Go to Front Wheel
Front Wheel
Manually rotate the front wheel, this should
cause the green light to come on, if it does not
then check for any interference in the
mechanism and check the connection to the
main PCB.
Go to Cleaning Maintenance
Go to Front Wheel
Motor Sensors
L wheel speed, R wheel speed, L wheel current
and R wheel current.
Current should less than about 150 mA on
each wheel, with a no load speed of 800-1200
p/s.
When applying pressure to each wheel, there
should be a strong resistance. If current is too
high and speed is low then check for
interference. If there is no movement and no
current value then check connection to main
PCB. If there is a fault then replace appropriate
wheel SA.
