work on black carpet and dark surfaces? The robot uses IR sensors to sense drop-offs/stairs. As with all similar
systems, there will be a limited number of situations where this system could
be confused by dark surfaces
Is the robot vacuum able to work on slope floors
(as many do not operate beyond a 30 to 35 degree
slope)? While there is no mechanism within the robot to sense the slope of a floor.
Any slopes would increase the load seen by the drive mechanism. If this load
increases past a certain point, the robot will stop.
