Recommended separation distance between portable and mobile RF communication equipment
and the 0081N wrist blood pressure monitor.
The 0081N wrist blood pressure monitor is intended for use in an electromagnetic environment where
the RF perturbations are controlled. The customer or user of the 0081N wrist blood pressure monitor
can help prevent electromagnetic interference by maintaining a minimum distance between portable
and mobile RF communications (Transmitters) and the 0081N wrist blood pressure monitor as recom-
mended below, depending on the maximum output power of the communication equipment.
For transmitters whose maximum output power is not specified above, the recommended separation distance d in meters (m) can be
estimated using the equation applicable to the frequency of the transmitter, where P is the Maximum output power of the transmitter
in watts (W) according to the manufacturer of the transmitter.
NOTE 1
At 80 MHz and 800 MHz, separation distance for the higher frequency range applies.
NOTE 2
These guidelines may not apply in all situations. Electromagnetic propagation is affected by the absorption and reflection of
structures, objects and people.
