Firing Completion – contains parameters the Controller
takes into consideration while determining the fact of burn-up
in burner firebox (conditions of transfer to operating mode).
Fuel Delivery – setup of time of fuel portion during the first
flame start-up.
Internal Screw– setup of break between switching-on and
operation time.
Back – return to previous menu.
EXIT – return to the Controller main screen. It is not used
while selecting operation mode and burner startup, return to the
main screen is carried out automatically.
4.2.1 Fan Adjustment
This menu item is used for changing fan capacity during the flame start-up
process. This allows shortening time for burner firing at the moment of start. The value
is selected based on experience. The parameter goes up along with burner power
increasing.
!ATTENTION!
If MAX allowable value of this parameter is not sufficient it is recommended to
decrease the size of fuel first portion during flame start-up.
To enter the change window (Picture 17) it is required to select menu item «Fan
Adjustment»,
, in the flame start-up menu by turning encoder, and press the button.
The current parameter value will be displayed in the popped up window.
