CHECK THIS SECTION BEFORE CALLING OR SENDING YOUR ECO-OXIDIZER FOR SERVICE.
Symptom
Possible Causes and Remedies
All LEDs on the
front panel are
flashing
Pool water Conductivity is too low, which prevents adequate electrical current to flow.

Add 500 grams of table salt or pool salt per 1,000 Litres (250 Gallons) pool size.
Electrodes have accumulated a coating, which prevents adequate electrical current to
flow.
!
Clean the electrodes, as per the MAINTENANCE section.
Faulty electrical connection to electrodes.
!
Check the cables from the Spa Star control box to the Ionizing and Oxidizing Pods.

Ensure that the connections at both Pods are clean, tight and without corrosion.
!
Faulty connections can be repaired by persons with technical experience, or can be
returned to Bionizer for repair.
Unit does not
power up
Faulty AC/DC power adaptor
!
Replace power adaptor. Please contact your distributor or Bionizer.
!
Faulty Spa Star main unit. Return to Bionizer for repair.
