8.4 Problems and solutions
The most common problems encountered during work, the probable causes that determine
them and the possible solutions to be taken to eliminate them are listed below.
When implementing the suggested remedy, always follow the instructions described in the
Instructions section to which the remedy refers.
Bike-Lift Europe s.r.l. will solve all the problems that cannot be eliminated by means of the
annexed instructions.
PROBLEM PROBABLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The lift does not
move
The weight of the load is
greater than the rated
capacity of the lift.
Consult the technical data sheet or plate,
and if necessary, reduce the load.
No voltage.
Check the mains connection plug.
Improper operation of the
buttons on the button panel.
Replace the buttons.
Actuator fault.
Check the operation of the actuator, and if
necessary, replace it.
