10. Insert Clevis Pin
Insert the clevis pin through
the hole in the axle end to
secure the wheel. The flat
washer should be lightly
pressing against the clevis
pin from the inside, with
the O-ring acting as a sort
of spring to keep the wheel
from rattling on the axle.

12. Ready To Go!
When you release the knurled
collar, the coupler should be
secure and ready to go. If the
knurled collar becomes stiff
and does not spring closed,
add some light lubricant
such as TriFlow™ or WD-
40
®
to the coupler.

11. Connect Trailer Hitch
To attach the trailer hitch to
your frame, simply pull the
knurled collar on the cou-
pler back while you push the
coupler over the nipple on
the frame.
