The control system is made up of 3 rotary sensors, 12 pressure transducers and 15 proximity switches. The table below (
Fig. 1 60
) shows
what sensor is used on each hydraulic function.
To understand the diagnostics, each action on the Transtacker has a corresponding sensor that signifies the action is complete and allows the
next action to be commenced. If several actions are operating in parallel, it will be one of the sensors for the actions that’s preventing the next
stage of the sequence commencing.
