Stacking Without Tie (Manual)
WARNING
: While it is possible to stack manually, it is
recommended to 'Auto Stack' or 'Auto Mode'. Unless
operated by a competent user, it is likely the machine could get
damaged.
Ensure you are in 'Stack Manual Mode'. If this is the first layer of
your stack please proceed
to Section 5.1

This section is for
layer 2+.
CAUTION:
The first layer should not be 'Without a Tie', it should
be 'With a Tie'.
1.
Carry out the same checks as in
Section 5.14 Stacking
(Automatic)
.
2.
Press the 'RED' button and push the joystick to the
right
(Fig.

)
to 'Insert Hooks' into the bales if this hasn't been
done already.
CAUTION
: If bales are not secure on the 'Turntable' by the
'Hooks', then do not proceed past this stage unless they have
been secured.
3.
Move the joystick left and right (

) to open the
'LH / RH Gates'.
4.
Press the 'RED' button and move the joystick
forward
(Fig.

and hold until the table is fully raised and
the bales
are positioned on the platform
(Fig.

.
WARNING
: If you proceed with this step, it will not add the
layer to the Transtacker count nor will it add to the bale
count. This will mean if the Transtacker was to function
automatically from this step, it will not know what layer it is
on.

. Hold down the 'BLACK' button and push the joystick
forward
(Fig.

),
hold until the hooks are fully retracted.
6. Hold down the 'BLACK' button and push the joystick
left
(Fig.

hold until the table returns to its bottom

CAUTION
: If you have extended the 'Turntable', then
make sure it is fully retracted before lowing the Turntable
as this can cause damage to the Transtacker.
