2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
6 cups vegetable stock, heated
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper 
1 tbsp fresh lemon zest
2 tsp honey

1.  Fill the water reservoir with water.
2.  Place the potatoes in the bottom steam bowl.
3.  Place the leeks in the middle steam bowl.
4.  Only place the steam bowl with the potatoes in the steamer, cover and set the time to 20 minutes.
5.  Steam potatoes for 10 minutes.
6.  After the potatoes have been steamed for 10 minutes, place the steam bowl with the leeks over the potatoes and steam for 

another 10 minutes.

7.  Put the remaining ingredients in a soup pot and simmer over medium heat.
8.  Add the cooked potatoes and leeks to the soup pot.
