For the Artichokes:
4 large artichokes
1 lemon, cut in slices

1/3 cup vegan mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream or yogurt

tsp fresh lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp vegetable stock
1 tbsp chives, minced

1. Cut 1 cm from the stem and top of each artichoke

3. Place the artichokes in the steam bowl(s).
4. Spread lemon slices over the artichokes.
5. Fill the water reservoir with water.
6. Cover the steamer and set the time to 30 minutes.
7. While the artichokes are cooking, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing all the necessary ingredients in a small bowl.
