FITTING THE FOOT SUPPORT.-

Take the footrest (5) and insert it
inside the end of the telescopic tube
(4). Secure it by holding the knob (34)
as shown in Fig.5 and then locking the
foot support by turning the knob (34)
clockwise, Fig.5.
Place the bottom foam cover (10) onto
the telescopic tube (4) as shown in
Fig.5. Insert screw (42), along with
washer (46) and tighten securely
using nut (49). Next, place the foam
covers (26) on each end of the tube,
Fig.5.

Place the lower foot support (6)
onto the end of the telescopic tube (4)
as shown in Fig.6.
Now pull the knob (31) located at the
end of the telescopic tube (4), Fig.6,
and insert the lower foot support (6) by
selecting the last hole, this will make it
easier to fit the spring (65) in the next
assembly step.
Now take the end of the spring (33),
Fig.6, and with the help of screw (42)
hold the end of the spring as shown in
Fig.6, screwing on nut (49), fit on the
cap (23).
Insert the foam covers (26) onto each
end of the footrest holding bar.
FITTING THE TELESCOPIC TUBE.-

The assistance of a second
person is recommended for this stage
of the assembly.
Once the foot support is fitted, take
hold of the couch retainer knob (36)
and pull it back as shown in Fig.7.
Next, insert the telescopic foot tube (4)
inside the tube for the couch, Fig.7,
release the knob and select your
height from the scale on the telescope
tube. Make sure you hear it click home
into the corresponding hole.
FITTING THE COUCH ONTO THE
SUPPORT.-

The assistance of a second
person is recommended for this stage
of the assembly.
Take the rotation plates (11) and fit
them into the centre hole as shown in
Fig.8, on both the right and left sides.
Make sure that the two plates have
been introduced into their respective
holes.
Once the rotation plates are fitted,
insert them into the corresponding
slots on the main support (1).
Rotate the locking plates (14) to
ensure the involuntary release of the
rotation plates (11).
Check that the couch (3) turns
smoothly on the rotation plates without
jamming Fig.8.
Important:
Once you have completed
all of the assembly steps for the
appliance, secure the anti-rollover
strap to the ring on the couch support
(3) and on the main support (1), Fig.8.
Always adjust the safety strap when
exercising at different angles.
Location and placement.-
Exercises should be performed in an
open, well lit place, with more than 4m2
of clear space around the unit.
This inversion table is designed mainly
for home use for performing special
