FITTING THE BACKREST
SUPPORT.-
6- Fit two bars (10) on the backrest
frame, Fig.4, secure using screw (33)
along with the washers (30).
Next, position it on tube of the main
support (4), Fig.4, secure using screw
(37) along with the washers (31) and
nut (29).
FITTING THE SEAT.-
7- Position the seat (13) on tube of
the main support (4), Fig.4, secure
using screw (32) along with the
washers (31).
FITTING THE BACKREST.-
8- Take the backrest (12) and position
it on the support (10), Fig.4. Fit the
bolts (33) along with the flat washers
(30).
BACKREST ELEVATION.-
9- To position the angle of the
backrest, place the backrest support
bar (8) into the vertical supports (1),
Fig.6.
Remove the lock pin and move it to the
position best suited for exercising,

MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
Fig.7. Store your unit in a dry place,
preferably not subject to changes in
temperature.
Release the knob (18) on the part (3)
to fold the machine and place it again
to set the machine in the folded
position.
