ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the unit out of its box and make
sure that all of the pieces are there:
The assistance of a second person
is recommended when assembling
this unit.
Take the components out of the box
and make sure that you have all of the
pieces, Fig.1:
(1) Vertical support.
(2) Main support.
(3) Union support.
(4) Main seat support.
(5) Left arm rest bar.
(6) Right arm rest bar.
(7) Leg rest support.
(8) Support bar.
(9) Arm support bar.
(10) Backrest support bar.
(11) Leg support bar.
(12) Backrest.
(13) Seat.
(14) Weight rest stop.
(15) Elastic spring.
(16) Upper foam.
(17) Lower foam.
(18) Lock Knob M10.
(19) Rest.
(20) Upper weight rest.
(21) Lower weight rest.
(22) End Cap D22
(23) End Cap D25
(24) End Cap 20x20
(25) End Cap 25x25
(26) End Cap 38x38
(27) End Cap 50x50
(28) Nut Cap M10.

ASSEMBLY.-
1- Rest the right upright support (1) on
the ground, line it up with the central
support (2), Fig.2, fit bolt (36) along
with washers (31) and secure using nut
(29), Fig.2.
Next, rest the left upright support (1) on
the ground, line it up with the central
support (2), Fig.2, fit bolt (36) along
with washers (31) and secure using nut
(29), Fig.2. Place the cross tube (3)
between the upright supports (1) and
fasten with screws (35), washers (31)
and nuts (29).
Insert the bar (8) in the holes of the
upright supports (1) to set the backrest
angle, Fig. 3.
2- First, bring the main supprt rest (4)
up to the main support (3), Fig.3,
secure using screws (36) along with
the washers (31) and nuts (29).
3- Position the leg support (7) on the
“U” bracket for the main support (4),
Fig.5, secure using screw (36) along
with the washers (31) and nut (29).
4- Insert the tubes for the foam covers
(11) into the holes on the leg support
(7), Fig.5, centre them and them fit the
foam covers (17) over the tubes (11).
5- Insert the tubes for the foam covers
(9) into the holes on the arm support
(6), Fig.5, centre them and them fit the
foam covers (16) over the tubes (9).
